With a reputation for solid, well-built boats, Seamaster was one of the largest boat builders in the 1960s and 1970s producing a wide range of sailing yachts and motor boats. The Seamaster 815 was in production from 1976 to 1981 and a total of 136 were built. We are pleased to present this Seamaster 815 (which have a reputation as sturdy cruisers and designed by well regarded Holman and Pye), as a cruiser that offers good performance, easy handling and good seakeeping qualities. It would be equally suited for families and singlehanded sailing.
This boat appears to be well-maintained and with good sails and a recent engine.
She is in nice condition inside and out and well worth serious consideration. The accommodation is well designed for the size of this boat, with 5 berths and seperate heads.

This is a really nice example of the Seamaster 815 with its excellent record as a solid, sea going vessel. The boat has been extensively re-fitted over the past 7 years. The present owner has owned this boat twice now, originally in 1986 from the first owner. He sold her in 1990 and the boat was moved to Glasson. In between, the boat ended up being stood out of the water for over 20 years until the present owner bought her back again in 2016. The boat was a bit of a mess and he has done an excellent job of restoring her and has spent way more than she is being marketed for.
